Buffalo, NY - The Northeast Rugby Union requires all teams particpating in the 2009 NRU Playoffs to have the following documents completed and available for all NRU playoff matches. Documents are to be carried with you throught the NRU/USA playoffs, and will need to be presented upon registration prior to each round of competition.
